Terms of Service

Reworld is a search and comparison tool for fractional real estate. We gather listings from third-party investment platforms so you can browse and compare them in one place. Every listing belongs to the platform that offers it, and any investment happens on that platform, under its own terms.

Reworld never holds your money, never executes a purchase on your behalf, and doesn’t give investment advice. We’re not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution of any kind.

You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the details you sign up with need to be accurate. Your account is yours alone — keep your sign-in method safe and don’t share it. If an account is used to abuse the service or break these terms, we may suspend or close it.

Use Reworld the way it’s meant to be used. In particular, don’t:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the service;
• probe, overload, or interfere with our systems;
• reverse engineer the app or try to access other people’s data;
• use the service for anything illegal.

The listings, prices, yields, and projections you see come from third-party platforms and public sources. We work to keep them fresh, but they can be delayed, incomplete, or estimated — and a platform can change or withdraw an offering at any time. Always verify the details on the platform itself before you invest.

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you put in. Past or projected returns are never a promise of future results. Nothing in Reworld — including the assistant’s replies — is investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions are yours.

The Reworld app, site, brand, and design belong to Threeworld. You’re welcome to use the service; you’re not welcome to copy, resell, or rebrand it.

We work hard to keep Reworld accurate and available, but we provide it as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Threeworld isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from investment decisions, from relying on listing data, or from the service being unavailable.

You can stop using Reworld and delete your account at any time — from Settings in the app or by emailing support@reworld.app. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and flag meaningful changes in the app. Using Reworld after a change means you accept the new terms.
